Certificate of Origin Guide

CO (General Certificate of Origin):

Middle Eastern countries: Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman, Iran, Iraq, Turkey, Yemen, etc. Usually, a general certificate of origin issued by the Chamber of Commerce or the customs is required.

· African countries: Egypt, Libya, Madagascar, Sierra Leone, Nigeria, Tanzania, Ethiopia, etc. Special note: CO and invoice for export to Egypt must be certified by the Egyptian Embassy in China.

· Central and South American countries: Ecuador, Mexico (for goods over 1000 USD), Paraguay, Venezuela, Colombia, Argentina, Brazil, Cuba, Peru, etc. Some countries may require consular certification.

FORM E (China-ASEAN Free Trade Area): FORM E is the necessary certificate for exporting to the 10 ASEAN countries to enjoy tariff reductions. The applicable countries include: Brunei, Cambodia, Indonesia, Laos, Malaysia, Myanmar, the Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam.

· FORM P: Applicable to Pakistan

· FORM F: Applicable to Chile

· FORM K: Applicable to South Korea

· FORM N: Applicable to New Zealand

· FORM X: Applicable to Singapore

· FORM S: Applicable to Switzerland

· ECFA: Applicable to Taiwan of China

· China-Australia FTA Certificate: Applicable to Australia

· Asia-Pacific Trade Agreement Certificate: Applicable to Korea, India, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, Laos

· RCEP Certificate: Applicable to Japan, South Korea, Australia, New Zealand and the 10 ASEAN countries, etc.
